By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the 1800 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
The 1800 platform reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 1800 platform. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our services.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1800 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. 1800 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a copy of your IC or bank statement for verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 1800 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for added security.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 1800 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful personal and recreational purposes. Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent or unlawful activity under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Committing fraud in any form, including transaction manipulation or the use of false information.
- Sharing or selling account access to another party.
- Taking any action that disrupts or negatively affects other users' experience.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime.
1800 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take whatever action it deems appropriate, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 1800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not directly accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs is the responsibility of the relevant third-party payment service provider.
Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies and may change from time to time.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the 1800 account. The platform reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal request deemed suspicious pending investigation. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
Any bonuses, free credits or promotional offers provided by 1800 are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
The 1800 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account if these terms and conditions are violated, or if the platform suspects fraud, misuse or illegal activity. Suspension or closure decisions are final unless a successful appeal is made.
Accounts that have been inactive for a defined period may be subject to an administrative fee or closure in accordance with the platform's current policy. Users will be notified before any such action is taken.
In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, the platform reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that account. For standard closures made at the user's request, any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within seven business days, subject to balance checks and any pending transactions.
